Job
Analysis
Participants: HR Professionals, Line Managers, and Supervisors who are required to
prepare job description in the organization
It is designed to provide you with practical experience
in identifying key value-adding activities
in your organization, defining job and role content
and key result areas of a job. After the program we will see that
you are able to make a comprehensive
job description that can be used for evaluation,
performance management, or one of the tools to effective human resources
management.
For two days, we will take you to understand that
a professionally prepared job documentation
is vital for selection, compensation, job design, training and setting
of expectations. During this course you will learn
the necessity for an accurate job description, and we will walk
you through the interview process to ensure that you understand
what you will need to gain, during the interview so that you can
make a comprehensive job description.
We will also discuss further about:
- What
is job analysis? Why analyze jobs? How to analyze jobs?
- What is job purpose?
- What is principal accountability?
How does it differ from just an accountability?
- What is dimension?
Why does a job need a dimension? Do all jobs need dimensions described?
- What is the working relationship
of a job look like? Why does it matter
in a job description?
- What about job requirements? What does a job require
the job holder to posses to make sure that he/she does
the job properly?
