HR for Non-HR
Participants: HR Practitioners, Internal Consultants, Line Managers, Line Supervisors
This 2 days workshop is conducted through discussion and simulation methodology,
to provide participants with practical knowledge about HR functions & apply some of those functions
in managing their staff for superior performance.
Seminar focus:
- Understand the changes in the role of HR professionals,
and the new focus in people management expected from line managers
- Introduction to the many different aspects of
aligning people to organization purpose and goals, and to motivating
