Four Factors Impacting
the Organizational Performance
This program is a three step development framework:
- 360 Assessment:
Questionnaires are distributed
to you, your peers, your subordinates and superiors to collect
data on your profile to the diagram above.
- Management Development
Program: You will be introduced to the factors
that affect organizational performance and how you stand against
these factors. Based on the assessment results, you are provided
with a framework to develop an appropriate plan for improvement.
- Development Plan:
During the program HRM Consultant will provide time for your individual
development plan.
