Consulting Company founded in the year 2003 by a group of experienced
management consultants from Hay Group Limited - Mr. Chanat Adhibai
and Mr.Thada Boonkerd. The company offers consulting services in

Chanat has an extensive background in HR
management and management consultancy. He has over 15 years of experience
in the Oil & Gas, finance and banking industry, fast moving consumer
goods and industrial manufacturing. As Managing
Director of HRM Consulting, Chanat manages and delivers consulting
engagements in strategic design and implementation of integrated
human resource systems, customized to fit specific requirements
and environments and initiates new marketing opportunities to achieve
the target.

THADA BOONKERD, Business Partner / Operation Director

Thada has a background both in HR management
consultancy and HR operation management. He gains over 10 years of
experience in HR operation and consultation concerning Labor Protection
Law and solved Labor Union’s problems which he had contributed
to effective intervention in organization change projects.
Thada had experience in reward management, organization
and job design, job evaluation, performance management, competency
and legal issues. Especially, be accountable for the development
of grading structures, grade & title analysis, salary range,
and the maintenance of the reward policy.

The Rationale
New management methodologies and technologies have revolutionized
management’s approach to HR and moved people management into
the hands of business managers, where it belongs.
Organizations have been reviewing and analyzing their operations,

our strategic intent? What changes must we make to empower our people

HRM Consulting has helped most of the clients plan and achieve those
changes by leading projects to redesign how HR support is provided.
In each case, an important objective has been to give managers more
control over performance planning, staff development and reward.
Current HR systems are typically fragmented into specialized applications:
Selection, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Training and
Development, Industrial Relations and Pay. These systems tend to
be highly complex and technical, and reliant on specialist expert
support. They are not integrated or aligned with an organization’s
business needs. People don’t easily recognize their own work
requirements and environment in the standard descriptions and processes
that support such traditional systems. Recent trend to outsourcing
increases this perception of fragmentation and reliance on outside
“experts”. HRM Consulting is established to absorb that
need.
