Selection & Assessment

HRM Consulting's approach to selection will help organization go far beyond the mere matching of a job description with the job-related knowledge of the candidate. Rather, we help match the demands of the job with the person - by finding out how his or her competencies compare with those that are necessary for effective performance in the job. The result: a method to identify and hire people who will produce quickly, be less likely to leave organization, be excellent individual and team performers, and be more likely to assume bigger positions in the future.

Development

HRM Consulting's approach to human resources development will be to demonstrate how the core organizational competencies and role competencies can be integrated with training and development, promotions, career planning, and succession planning activities. Succession Planning

Our work with clients in succession planning and talent management is truly collaborative to ensure a proper fit with their strategies, goals and culture. Training/Developing

Demonstrate the use of competencies and the performance management system as a means for identifying training needs, assisting individuals to develop competencies for higher levels of performance, and monitoring development.

Management Style refers to the pattern of behavior an individual manager uses across the full range of management situations. HRM Consulting will educate the manager to understand all styles of management and identify advantages and disadvantages of each style. In addition, HRM will be a coach to help manager to improve and adjust his management styles.
