Public Program:
Public workshop is a workshop that HRM provides for public; HRM clients and non HRM clients. The agenda of all programs are generic so as other case studies for discussions. HRM has every right to agree and/or not agree to registrations, change of dates if conflicting with consultants unavoidable situations.
In-house Program:
In-house program is a program provied for one company or one group of companies on the program offered to public, and a tailor-made programs to meet organization needs.
The administration of in-house program is slightly different from public program. The dates are flexible, the arrangement of agenda is flexible, and some materials could be adjusted to the need of the organization.
